چکیده
Abstract Background Hepatobiliary mucinous cystic neoplasms (H-MCNs) are relatively rare in the liver. The differential diagnosis of H-MCNs remains big challenging, and management prognosis between hepatic simple cyst (HSC) quite different. This study aimed to present our experience provide a preoperative risk prediction nomogram differentiating from liver lesions. Methods 29 patients diagnosed with 75 HSC June 2011 2019 at Zhejiang University School medicine, Sir Run-Run Shaw Hospital were reviewed this study. We analyzed demographic clinicopathological variables. Results US, CT, MRI could accurately diagnose only 3.4%, 46.1%, 57.1% H-MCNs, respectively. After univariate analysis multivariate logistic regression analysis, variables significantly associated enhancement after contrast (p = 0.009), tumour located left lobe 0.02) biliary ductal dilation 0.027). An predictive was constructed, which showed excellent discrimination (areas under receiver operating characteristic curve 0.940) consistent calibration predicted probability actual probability. Conclusion Among location tumour, CT scan, duct independent factors. appropriate treatment is radical resection. Using Nomogram facilitate screening identification

Mucinous Cystic Neoplasms of Pancreas
The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual management of mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN) of the pancreas. A systematic review was performed in December 2009 by consulting PubMed MEDLINE for publications and matching the key words "pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm", "pancreatic mucinous cystic tumor", "pancreatic mucinous cystic mass", "pancreatic cyst" and "pancreatic cystic neop...

Non-inflammatory cystic lesions of the pancreas are increasingly recognized. Two distinct entities have been defined, i.e., intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) and mucinous cystic neoplasm (MCN). Ovarian-type stroma has been proposed as a requisite to distinguish MCN from IPMN. Some other distinct features to characterize IPMN and MCN have been identified, but there remain ambiguitie...
